 What is the Performance 360?

The Performance  360 is a flexible tool that can be customised for measuring skills, competencies and behaviours. It is an excellent tool for applications such as coaching, leadership and management development. The Performance 360 can be used in any application where feedback from others is helpful in developing the performance of employees, teams and organisations.

The Performance 360 is an online platform that allows clients to conduct 360 feedback measurements using their own instruments or ours. It eliminates the administrative frustrations by automating the process.

How does the process work?

  1. You provide us with your 360 questionnaire, use one of ours, adapt one of ours to suit you or let us develop one for you.
  2. The Participants and person being rated complete the questionnaire. The system ensures their responses remain anonymous.
  3. The reports are generated.

Can you customise an Performance 360?

Our  360’s versatility allows the instruments to have:

  • Up to 15 question groups with up to 15 questions per question group
  • Up to 4 open-ended text response questions.
  • Answer scale can have anywhere between 2 and 10 response or scoring options
  • Both self-assessment and 360? assessment by others.

The tool has no good/bad categories, making it impossible for the assessors to intentionally provide good or bad feedback. Assessors cannot “get back at others” or try to make others “look good”.
