Our training is facilitated by Certified Extended DISC Master Trainer, Sharon Hudson, Australia's most experienced Extended DISC Accreditor. Sharon has been providing Extended DISC Certification programs since 2004 and has extensive experience in the application of Extended DISC to HR challenges in organisations, in training and coaching.
Sharon has post graduate qualifications in aduls education, management psycholegy and undergraduate in Business Management and Human Resources, as well as Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas in Training & Assessment, Front Line Management and Project Management. Sharon current field of study is Neuro-science and Applied Positive Psychology.

Complete 2 Day Internationally recognised Extended DISC Accrdited Consultant & Trainer Programme
The full certification provides access to the Advanced Tools in the Extended DISC Professional System. These tools are used by internal and external Human Resource Professionals/Consultants and address a range of Human Resource issues which affect the bottom line.
Implementation of these tools requires consultancy and/or facilitation services to be renederd to the client in addition to adminstering the tools and providing feedback.
