Program Overview

The Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) training class is a one-day program to enable HR, development and coaching professionals the opportunity to use the CDP in their work.

Prequisite Qualifications

a) Bachelor’s Degree

b) Organisational experience in training, human resources, organizational development or conflict management

c) Previous experience with assessment instruments

Optional Follow-Up Coaching

Follow-up coaching is available to assess your progress toward your goals and support your continued development. Follow-up coaching sessions are available three months after completion of the program and may be conducted by telephone or face-to-face.

• CDP  Class - $1100 per person
