We are regularly asked whether the two Profiles shown in the Personal Analysis Reports can change over time.

Profile I, indicating the candidate’s “perceived need to change” or “feels he/she has/wants to adjust his/her behaviour to better cope with the requirements of the present environment” can change quickly, but what about Profile II.  We have a good example of this to share with you this month - read more.
