Even the best performers get stagnated from time to time. Before managers can help them out of their rut, managers need to understand the situation and why the person is having difficulty. Sometimes employees aren’t motivated or committed to the task. Sometimes they don’t have the skills or know-how. This workshop helps managers use DISC to read the situational needs of their key contributors and adjust their management style accordingly. Managers will learn some fundamental strategies for reading the willingness and ability of the people they manage as well as the approaches that are most effective in each situation.
