New Hope for Team Leaders

I bet your Leaders do not love the leadership they provide for their team members right now.

The Reality: Achieving their day-to-day role tasks consumes each day, and Leading the Team, and its individual members is always "next" on the list. I'll get to it tomorrow, if not, next week.

My Solution: Make "Leading the Team" the KPI and delegate the task load to the Team. Simple, really, but I know from espousing this theory for four decades that it's not happening. After forty years of banging my head against a stonewall, I have a compromise deal to offer.
